Ingredients

Lettuce
leaves – 16 that with Butter.
Beef –
1 pound which is lean ground.
Cooking
oil – 1 tablespoon.
Hoisin
sauce – 1/4 cup.
Large
onion – 1 piece while it’s chopped.
Fresh
garlic – 2 cloves that is minced.
Soy
sauce – 1 tablespoon.
Wine
vinegar – 1 tablespoon which is from rice.
Pickled
ginger – 2 teaspoons that is minced.
Asian
Chile-pepper sauce – 1 dish that makes taste (optional).
Water
chestnuts – 8 ounces which is finely chopped and drained.
Green
onion – 1 bunch which is chopped.
Asian
sesame oil – 2 teaspoons which is dark.

 

Directions

Pat
dry which rinse of the whole lettuce leaves. Set them aside while they’re
not tearing.
Take a
large skillet and heat it with medium heat. Stir the beef while cooking
with cooking oil until it’s crumbly and brown which takes up to 10
minutes. Transfer them on a bowl when grease drains and discards. Stir
onion while cooking on the same skillet until it slightly tender which
requires up to 10 minutes. Now stir garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce,
ginger, vinegar and Chili pepper sauce with onions.
Add
green onions, cooked beef, water chestnuts and sesame oil which these all
should cook for 2 minutes.
Arrange
lettuce leaves while take them out with the outer edge when you take a big
serving platter. Keep the meat on the center while pile them.
