 After several unsuccessful attempts to form a government, in 1787 the constitution was called to strategize a new legal system for the United States. The constitution wanted to increase federal authority while still protecting the natural/basic rights of it’s citizens. This led to the formation of Bill of Rights. The constitution was made to assign a federal government for the United States. Also , to limit the certain amount of powers the federal government are in control of. The Bill Of Rights are the first ten amendments to the constitution. These amendments form a very clear joint statement of the importance the Constitution set on the protection and sanctity of private property, and unreasonable searches. The fourth amendment and fifth amendment compare to each other because it provides a layer of protection for the citizen of The United States. When in a criminal case they all are laws that protect the rights of the accused in a court of law. This forbids the act of unlawful behavior against the people in a number of ways. Which explains these two amendments provides protection to its citizens.         Understand the difference between both amendments . The 4th Amendment addresses our personal protection against government seizure of our property. On the other hand, the fifth amendment it’s quite different this amendment protects against abuse of the government authority in a legal procedure. The 4th amendment was a consequence of the abuse of ” Writs of assistance” by British officers in Colonial America. Which was used to enforce an order for the possession of lands. Serving as general search warrants that did not expire, also could be used without having to obtain to a specific warrant. The 5th Amendment mostly deals with the rights of someone accused of a crime.This amendment requires a public trial where the charges are clearly stated, witnesses are called, questioned, and cross-questioned, and a final verdict is rendered by a jury.       Both amendment are similar. Coming to terms and understanding both amendments greatly I’ve come to the conclusion which their more alike than they are different. We can see that both these two amendments specifically limits the amount of power the federal government has over the people. For instant, your 4th and 5th Amendment rights are used when you are stopped by the police the two amendments go hand and hand. Also, when in a criminal case the fourth And fifth amendment are laws that protect the rights of the accused.        In brief words, the bill of rights amendment are displayed and put to use to inform their citizens that they are subject to rights that protect them for the law.
