Confirming the then
preconceived notions on how to perform the actions or actions observed. Learning
how to use an app by observing and then modeling the actions taken would be a premier,
detailed example of observational learning at work. The models action doesn’t
have to be undertaken by a human. A machine could perform an act that can be
intimidated by the observer because the underlining key aspect is the fact that
the action needs to be observed to be learned. Psychologist, Albert Bandura has
done extensive research on observational learning. His findings have led him to
the development of the social learning theory. In my paper I aim to explore the
theory of social learning, as to create a deep understanding for the readers of
my paper and present the theory in a way in which the validity of the theory
could be confirmed.
