The Cass Project launched its first gallery space in January in the main lobby at 500 Seneca. It has provided three local artists with solo exhibitions, and has 2 remaining exhibits this year. We have also acquired at least one work by each of the exhibiting artists for the permanent collection in the building. This summer our second space at 500 Seneca, The Boiler Room opened its doors to the public with a Garden Party that highlighted the local talents of musical and visual artists. Now that we are entering the fall season, The Boiler Room is launching a public program filled with music, theater, media & film, performance and visual arts programming.
To kick off the first season (September – May) in the Boiler Room, The Cass Project is offering 50 lucky patrons the opportunity to have their name or the name of their choice, be placed on the backs of the seating, for their contribution of only $50! Their names will also be placed on the organization’s website, and each donor will receive a tax-deductible benefit from our fiscal sponsor, Arts Services Initiative of Western New York. Don’t miss out on this limited opportunity!
Join in and be a part of the foundation of this new arts organization, whose mission is to offer culturally diverse artistic programming that engages, empowers, and sparks dialogue and action in creating community and rehabilitating neighborhoods.
